The room at Carters Rest Guesthouse was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. I loved that the room had coffee and tea making facilities, making it easy to enjoy a hot beverage anytime. The all inclusive room plus continental breakfast option was a great way to start the day and made for a smooth early departure. Having access to braai equipment and wood in each room was a nice touch for those who enjoy grilling. It was nice to have the option to find out whether the room had a bath or not, ensuring personal preferences were met.
Personally, I found it a bit unfortunate that the room could only accommodate two people, as I would have liked to bring more guests.

We got amazing value for our money at this guesthouse. The room was absolutely perfect with thoughtful touches and everything we needed. The location was breathtakingly beautiful and so peaceful. Jonathan and Simone, the hosts, were incredibly warm and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
The breakfast choices could have been improved with more variety.
